What turnover means

Turnover is the total amount you must wager before withdrawing any bonus winnings. At this platform, it is calculated on your deposit plus the bonus amount combined, not on the bonus alone.

For example, a deposit of RM100 with a RM100 bonus means you must meet the turnover requirement on RM200. This is a standard practice to ensure fair play across all offers.

Game weighting explained

Not all games contribute equally to turnover. Slots contribute the full amount of each wager, so a RM10 bet counts as RM10 towards your requirement. This makes slots the most efficient choice.

Live dealer tables contribute only a fraction of each bet, often much less. Low-odds sportsbook selections, such as very short-priced favourites, typically contribute nothing at all. Always check each game's weighting.

Maximum bet limit

While a bonus balance is active, the site enforces a maximum bet limit per spin or hand. This limit is usually set at a modest amount, such as RM30 per round, to prevent rapid play through high stakes.

Exceeding this maximum bet may void your bonus and any associated winnings. It is important to monitor your bet size in the lobby during active bonus play to avoid losing the offer.

Expiry and forfeiture

Bonuses run on a rolling window that starts the moment the offer credits to your account. You must complete the turnover requirement before the expiry period ends, or the bonus portion is forfeited.

If the requirement is unfinished at expiry, only the bonus amount is removed. Your original deposit remains intact and available for withdrawal or continued play. No bonus funds are lost from your own money.

Eligible payment methods

Deposits made via e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost are eligible for most bonuses. Bank transfers and online banking also qualify, though processing times may vary slightly.

Always confirm that your chosen method is listed in the promotion terms. Some offers exclude certain payment types to prevent abuse. The platform clearly states which methods are accepted for each bonus.

Withdrawing bonus winnings

After completing the turnover requirement, bonus winnings are transferred to your cash balance. You can then withdraw them via bank transfer or any supported e-wallet, including DuitNow or FPX.

There are no additional wagering steps once the requirement is met. The platform processes withdrawals in ringgit, and standard verification checks apply before funds are released.

Bonus stacking rules

You cannot claim multiple bonuses at the same time. Each offer must be completed and either cashed out or forfeited before you can activate another promotion from the lobby.

This prevents overlapping turnover requirements and keeps the system fair. If you try to claim a second bonus while one is active, the new offer may be rejected or the old one voided.

Checking your progress

The platform displays your current turnover progress in the account menu. You can see how much more you need to wager and how much time remains before expiry for each active bonus.

This feature is available in both English and Bahasa. Checking it regularly helps you plan your gameplay and avoid accidentally missing the deadline or exceeding the maximum bet limit.
