Terms of Use

Changes to These Terms

The site may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are published counts as your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the site immediately. No separate notice will be sent by email or other means.

One Account Per Person

Each user may hold only one account on the site. Account details, including login credentials, are personal and must not be shared with anyone else. The site reserves the right to close duplicate or shared accounts. Sharing your account may lead to permanent suspension and loss of access to comparison tools and saved preferences. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

Bonus Terms Explained

Bonuses shown on the site are summaries only. Each offer is subject to the operator’s own full terms, which may include wagering requirements, game restrictions, and withdrawal limits. Always read the operator’s terms before claiming. The site does not set, guarantee, or enforce any bonus conditions. What is displayed is a general outline. The operator’s published terms govern every promotion, and those terms may change without notice on the operator’s end.

What This Site Is

Spade54 is an information and comparison site focused on online casino play in Malaysia. It reviews, lists, and compares operators and their offers. The site does not hold funds, accept stakes, or operate any games itself. All content is provided for reference only. Any transaction, deposit, or wager you make happens entirely on the operator’s own platform. The site acts solely as a guide and takes no part in the actual gambling process.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

The site aims to keep information current, but it cannot guarantee that pricing, game availability, or third-party terms are always correct. Operators may update their offers or close games at any time without informing the site. Links to operator sites are provided for your convenience. The site is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes made by third parties. You should verify all details directly with the operator before committing to any action.
